I blend evidence-based psychology with creative art-based approaches, helping you explore feelings and build resilience. My aim is to offer a structured yet compassionate space where you can make sense of challenges. We can work together to cultivate lasting well-being, with methods tailored to your unique needs.

My work threads structured therapeutic methods with artful expression and community awareness to reveal how change happens in everyday life. I offer sessions in English and Hindi/Urdu, meeting in Mumbai or online, and pace our work to fit school, work or family rhythms.
