With international training and leadership in women's mental health, my focus is on translating clinical knowledge into clear, everyday steps that fit your life. In Mumbai and online I work in English, Hindi/Urdu or Marathi, pacing sessions to what feels doable and respectful of family rhythms. We combine thoughtful treatment review with brief, practical psychotherapy: collaborative goals, small behavioural experiments, and communication strategies you can try between meetings.
