I am also a qualified teacher, which enriches my understanding of development and educational dynamics in my work with clients. I am passionate about psychology and believe in empowering individuals to grow, heal and thrive. I have a special interest in supporting people living with diabetes, helping them navigate the emotional and psychological aspects of the condition.

About Me

My name is Sylvia Kruger, and I am a Counselling Psychologist based in Potchefstroom. My goal to support clients in reaching their full potential and realise their dreams within a compassionate, caring, and professional environment. I am deeply committed to helping poeple transform personal challenges into meaningful, life-enhancing opportunities.

Approach

My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to each client's unique needs. I often draw on Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Positive Psychology to promote resilience, self-awareness and lasting change. ​ My core beliefs start with my commitment to the best interest of my clients and helping clients to overcome challenges and to grow as a person.
