As a holistic master's level counsellor, I offer a broad approach to well-being. My international certifications in addictions, life coaching, and grief and bereavement allow me to support a broad range of challenges. Whether navigating loss or seeking new direction, we can explore your path forward. I also use EMDR to help process difficult experiences, aiming for lasting change. My goal is to provide a comprehensive, compassionate space for your growth.

EMDR and broad holistic techniques guide a paced, stepwise rhythm in sessions where we map what feels urgent and what can wait. I meet with people in Philadelphia in English, holding a steady, confidential space and using focused assessment to clarify patterns that keep you stuck. Together we do grounding, targeted memory processing when needed, set small experiments between meetings, and track changes so progress becomes tangible. This way of working often helps those healing from abuse, loss, or addictive patterns who want practical, measurable shifts.
