I work with individuals in New Delhi and online, offering sessions in English and Hindi/Urdu and shaping each hour to what feels most manageable and truthful for you. In-session we trace repeating patterns, name the feelings that sit beneath anger or anxiety, and use reflective listening, timed silences and occasional brief tasks between meetings to deepen awareness. This approach often helps those coping with relationship pain, trauma or mood shifts who want steady, thoughtful exploration.
