About Me

This registered social worker guides children through play therapy, helping them understand their feelings and behaviours. For young clients who struggle to put worries into words, play offers a natural, safe space. This gentle approach helps children express themselves freely. Sessions unfold at the child’s pace, using play and short, focused activities to help feelings and behaviours become clearer. In my Waterfall practice and during online sessions conducted in English, I keep sessions predictable—simple routines, opportunities for choice, and occasional check-ins with caregivers so the learning continues between appointments. Assessment moments are woven into play rather than set apart, letting strengths and challenges emerge naturally. This approach often suits families seeking calm, steady progress for children finding words hard to find.
