Approach

You’ll find sessions paced to your comfort, using gentle questions, grounding exercises and age-appropriate activities to help unpack trauma, grief, abuse or low self-esteem. I offer therapy in English from Benoni and online, blending calm reflection with simple, practical steps we try between meetings—short exercises, breathing techniques or brief journals—to steady emotions and build small wins. For children I bring play and storytelling; for adults we balance memory work with present-moment coping. This way of working tends to help those seeking steady, practical support.
