Play Therapist

Verified

I am a Lahore-based Integrative Psychotherapist and PTI-Registered Play Therapist specialising in working with children, adolescents, parents, and families. I support children who are struggling with anxiety, emotional regulation, behavioural challenges, attachment difficulties, and the impact of stress or change. My work is deeply relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in play, creative expression, and emotional safety. I also work with parents to strengthen connection, understanding, and confidence in their parenting journey.

About Me

I am a Registered Play Therapist in Lahore, Pakistan. I provide counseling, individual therapy, and adolescent therapy for relationship issues, abuse, and life transitions. I help children, adolescents, and families rebuild trust and learn coping skills.

Approach

Playful curiosity guides sessions, alternating child-led activities with brief, focused moments to name feelings and practise safety. From my Lahore studio or online in English or Urdu, I create a predictable pace where adolescents, parents and children feel able to experiment and repair. I use art, stories and role-play alongside practical coping tasks and parent coaching between meetings so new responses to grief, control struggles or trauma can be rehearsed and trusted. Families who want a gentle, practical way to rebuild connection and grow skills tend to find this approach helpful.
