About Me

As an experienced Registered Counsellor, I offer dedicated support within a hospital setting. I help individuals navigate challenging health and life transitions. I use BWRT L1 to address trauma, alongside general, lifestyle, and palliative Counseling. My training as an End-of-life Doula deeply informs my compassionate palliative care. Clients facing profound loss or difficult health journeys will find a calm, practical space here.

When we meet in Sandton or online, sessions are steady and practical, shaped around the pressures that come with health change and loss. I work at a measured pace—brief stabilising steps, focused processing and short practical tasks to try between appointments—so coping strategies transfer into daily life.
