About Us

We operate under The Rise Trust in Mylapore, Tamil Nadu, India. We provide counseling, art therapy, group therapy, and wellness support for individuals and groups. Our team offers a calm, practical space for people to address emotional health.

Approach

Rooted in our Trust’s community work, we focus on making therapy practical and easy to use: sessions feel paced and collaborative, mixing gentle creative exercises with goal-focused reflection so people leave with one or two clear steps. Whether meeting in Chennai or online in English, Tamil, Telugu or Malayalam, we pace interventions to suit daily life and often set simple between-session practices to test what helps.
