I offer a supportive space for adults and adolescents navigating life's challenges. As an experienced Clinical Psychologist, I specialise in helping couples and families strengthen their bonds. We can explore communication patterns, foster understanding, and develop practical ways to navigate disagreements. Clients often find my approach helps bridge divides, creating a more connected and harmonious home environment.

When relationships feel strained I focus on how we work together—clarifying roles, noticing interaction patterns and setting small, achievable steps that feel do-able day to day. In my Oudtshoorn office, in English or Afrikaans, sessions are a mix of gentle exploration and practical experiments: brief tasks between meetings, focused feedback, and age‑appropriate activities with younger clients to make change tangible.
