Feeling stuck or struggling with confidence can be tough. I offer professional psychological therapies, including my BABCP accredited CBT approach, to guide you. We'll explore unhelpful patterns and develop practical strategies for change together. My aim is to make effective support accessible, helping you rebuild confidence. This service provides a professional, yet affordable, space. You can then move forward with greater clarity.

To help you regain confidence and make steady progress, we focus on clear, manageable steps tailored to your pace and everyday life. Sessions are available from our Dorchester base and online in English, scheduled to suit work, family or study demands. Our approach blends structured conversation, practical skill-building, brief exposure and grounding, with short, focused tasks to practise between meetings so change transfers into daily routines.
