Welcome to my practice! I’m a clinical psychologist dedicated to helping individuals, couples, families and groups navigate life’s challenges and cultivate meaningful growth. I can assist individuals with general mental disorders, death and bereavement, life transitions(divorce, relocation) and couples therapy.

About Me

I offer a calm, collaborative space where we can explore your specific challenges. If you are navigating loss, adjusting to major life transitions, or seeking support for general well-being, I am here to guide you. We can work together to understand your experiences and cultivate practical ways forward. This approach helps individuals, couples, families, and groups find meaningful growth and their own path.

Approach

Beginning from our first meeting we map what matters most and set clear, manageable steps tailored to your life in Pretoria or via secure online sessions conducted in English, Sesotho, seTswana or isiZulu. Sessions blend focused assessment with practical, evidence-informed techniques—often CBT tools, behavioural experiments and family-focused conversations—paced to your readiness and with room for parents or partners when useful. Between sessions I offer brief check-ins and simple tasks to practice skills and track change. This way of working tends to suit adolescents, adults, couples and families seeking steady, practical support.
