I offer a supportive space for those facing life's overwhelming challenges. These might include trauma, relationship problems, or stress from family or work. I guide individuals to understand their distress. Together, we develop practical strategies to alleviate suffering. My aim is to help prevent anxiety, depression, and suicidal thoughts. You can find a clearer path towards lasting well-being.

Approach

When life feels unmanageable, I move from careful assessment to clear, actionable goals so you know what change looks like. Sessions—in Empangeni or online, in English or isiZulu—combine diagnostic clarity with hands-on therapy that is paced to your needs. We use brief, structured meetings that build safety, practise coping skills, involve family or caregivers when helpful, and set small between-session tasks to strengthen progress. This practical, steady way of working suits adults, adolescents and families seeking real, sustained relief.
