About Me

As an integrative psychotherapist, I provide a warm, affirming space. I understand the unique challenges neurodivergent and queer individuals often face. My aim is to support you in navigating life's hurdles. Together, we explore personal strengths and develop practical strategies. This helps you build a path towards living your fullest life with confidence.

Approach

Navigating challenges looks different for everyone, so I match pace and focus to your needs and energy, using short practical exercises, art-based exploration and advocacy when systems get in the way. Whether we meet in Vadodara or online, in English, Hindi/Urdu, Gujarati or Bengali, sessions are collaborative and gently structured — part reflection, part hands-on skill practice — with simple steps you can try between meetings. Folks juggling transitions, mood or relationship strain often find this steady, practical rhythm helpful.
