Sessions in Randburg or online in English blend calm, focused attention with somatic noticing; we move at a measured pace, with experiments during sessions and grounding practices between meetings. I invite focused eye or body attention, brief guided trance and parts‑work to re-pattern stuck responses while you remain in control and take tolerable steps forward.
