I work with young adults (18+) and couples who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure about what needs to change in their lives. Most people come to therapy because something does not feel right in their relationships, at work, or within themselves, even if they cannot yet put it into words. My work focuses on helping clients slow down, make sense of what they are experiencing, and understand the patterns that shape their thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Many people come in saying they do not know exactly what they need, only that they want things to feel different. Together, we explore what that “different” might look like, and how to move towards it in a way that feels realistic and sustainable. Rather than offering advice or quick solutions, I provide space for reflection, emotional processing, and self-understanding. Therapy with me is about learning to regulate emotions, build awareness, and develop coping skills, while also giving yourself permission to feel what needs to be felt. I offer both individual therapy and couples therapy, and I place strong importance on the therapeutic relationship itself. Feeling heard and understood is often where meaningful change begins.

About Me

Clients often experience me as warm, approachable, and reflective. My sessions are largely client-led and conversational. While I bring structure when needed, I believe therapy works best when it follows your pace and priorities. I am a listener first. Many people come to therapy wanting their experiences to be acknowledged and validated, and I take that seriously. At the same time, I gently help clients notice patterns that may be keeping them stuck, always with honesty and care. The values that guide my work are safety, collaboration, reliability, and empowerment. I aim to create a space where you feel emotionally safe enough to be open, and supported enough to grow. My hope is that therapy becomes something you can lean on, and eventually move forward from, with greater clarity and self-trust. I tend to work best with young adults and couples who are willing to invest time in understanding themselves and who are open to change, even when the process feels uncomfortable.

Approach

My approach is integrative and flexible, shaped around each person or couple I work with. Sessions are exploratory and present-focused, while also recognising how past experiences can influence current emotions, behaviour, and relationships. I place strong emphasis on recognising patterns, what works in your life, what does not, and how these cycles repeat. Building this awareness often becomes the starting point for change. I focus heavily on insight and practical coping skills, particularly around emotional regulation, mindfulness, and managing stress. From my perspective, deeper therapeutic work becomes possible once you feel more equipped to handle difficult emotions. We start by building that foundation. I also try to be realistic about modern pressures such as work demands and constant screen exposure. Rather than aiming for an ideal version of life, we focus on building presence, balance, and self-understanding within real-world limitations. My style adapts to each client. I adjust my way of working to meet you where you are.
