Hi, I'm Vidushi. I'm a queer, neurodivergent and South Asian therapist in Downtown Vancouver. My work comes from a personal understanding of what it’s like to live with intersecting identities and how they shape the way we experience love, belonging, and safety. Many of us have inherited stories and survival strategies that once kept us safe but now hold us back. Therapy, to me, is a place where we get to pause, make meaning out of those patterns, and slowly learn new ways of being that feel more authentic to who we are.
