About Us

We are a licensed mental health organization serving Newport, New York and nearby New Jersey. Our clinicians hold a state license and an art therapy credential. We offer art therapy, drama therapy, group therapy, and a free consultation for new clients.

Approach

We guide sessions with quiet intention, pairing contemplative practices and creative prompts so people can notice what matters and gently make new meanings. Whether meeting in our Newport office or online in English, sessions move at a steady, collaborative pace: short check-ins, an art- or movement-based exploration, and practical steps to try between meetings. Groups follow a similar rhythm with shared creative tasks and reflective pauses. This approach tends to suit adults seeking curiosity, safety, and doable change.
