About Us

We are a Port Coquitlam mental health organization in British Columbia, Canada. We hold Private Practice licensure to deliver clinical services. We provide trauma counseling, child psychological and diagnostic assessments, corporate workshops, and Ukraine aid.

Approach

At our Port Coquitlam clinic and through secure online sessions in English, Hindi/Urdu, Punjabi or Romanian, we create a calm, structured space where goals are clarified and progress is tracked. Sessions move at your pace, mixing gentle skills practice, body-aware check-ins and focused processing, with practical steps to try between meetings and regular review of what’s helping. We collaborate closely with families or partners when it supports change, and this way of working tends to suit people seeking practical, steady growth through therapy.
