About Me

Are you ready for more peace in your life? I offer a space where you can feel truly heard. Thoughtful questions will explore your experiences deeply. Our strong working relationship and your progress are my top priorities. I provide empathy, non-judgement, and practical skills to help you cultivate lasting peace. This approach suits those seeking clarity and concrete ways to improve their daily well-being.

Approach

Sessions follow a collaborative, down-to-earth rhythm: I ask careful questions, listen closely, and help turn insights into manageable steps you can use right away. I meet with adults in Newmarket and online in English, keeping sessions calm and focused and offering short between-session practices to try in daily life. When anxiety, mood shifts, stress or life transitions come up, we map patterns, test small changes, and build coping habits that fit your routine. This way of working suits people who want steady, practical progress.
