About Us

We are an NGO delivering online counseling to families and individuals in Lagos, Nigeria. We provide child and adolescent therapy, advocacy services, and crisis counseling. We run confidential online sessions and connect clients with local resources.

Approach

We organise sessions to be practical, predictable and focused on what matters most to young people and their families. From our Lagos base, English-language sessions happen online with clear pacing: brief check-ins, skills practice during calls, and short between-session tasks that keep progress steady. Therapists collaborate with caregivers and education contacts when helpful, and connect families to local supports for concrete follow-through. This approach suits adolescents and parents seeking structured, affordable support that fits busy lives.
