I am an EAP accredited psychotherapist and I work is primarily informed by the Existential and Emotion Focused Therapy approach. I have been working in the mental health sector since 2014 and since 2021 i have been in private practice. I maintain a bilingual practice and undertake Greek-speaking and English-speaking clients both online and in person.

About Me

I am a psychotherapist with a background in clinical social work. I have over a decade of experience working with mental health and addiction care, before starting my private practice in 2021.
