I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Montclair, New Jersey. I help individuals, including teens and couples, manage life transitions, relationship issues, parenting challenges, and stress or burnout. I offer individual therapy, relationship counseling, and outpatient services in a practical, direct style.

My goal is to help you succeed, become happier, accountable and have greater life satisfaction, confidence and resilience. I provide Individual Therapy, Couples and Marriage Counseling in New Jersey. My speciality is in relational work and provide in-person therapy in the Montclair, New Jersey and virtual, telehealth options as well.

I have years of experience in relational crisis work and with adolescents.
