Dr Yollandah Holele, PhD
Clinical Psychologist
“I am a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Psychologist committed to providing a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental therapeutic space for children, adolescents, adults, and families. My approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic approaches while remaining responsive to each client’s unique context, culture, and lived experience. I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment difficulties, relationship challenges, emotional regulation concerns, and life transitions. I have a particular interest in supporting adolescents and young adults navigating identity development, family dynamics, and the transition into adulthood. My therapeutic style is collaborative, respectful, and insight-oriented. I believe that therapy is not only about symptom reduction, but also about strengthening resilience, deepening self-understanding, improving relational patterns, and fostering sustainable psychological growth.”
