About Me

Working since 2015, I provide adults aged 25 and above a confidential, non-judgmental space. Here, you can gently unravel your inner world, past experiences, and relationships. I help clients understand how these connections shape their present, fostering deeper self-awareness. Our work together aims to make sense of your experiences, guiding you towards clearer paths forward.

Approach

Here, we notice how your history appears in current patterns and then work in small, manageable steps to shift what feels stuck. I offer sessions in Lahore and online, in English and Hindi/Urdu, and create a steady, paced rhythm where we attend to emotions, bodily signals and the stories you tell about yourself. Between meetings you may be invited simple experiments or gentle reflection to test new ways of relating. This approach often suits people coping with anxiety, trauma, long-term illness or difficult partnerships.
