“Feeling unfulfilled, frustrated, and disappointed in yourself? Do you think you have failed in life? Are you feeling discouraged and stuck in survival mode? I can help you by offering a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where you will feel safe and guided during this important journey of self-discovery.”
About Me
Approach
I mostly employ the Humanistic Approach, which sees people for who they truly are—unique individuals. This method is helpful for clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, personality disorders, interpersonal and family relationship issues, low self-esteem, and feeling a lack of "wholeness". I will help you look for personal meaning and comfort with who you are right now.
