As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist working with adults and older adolescents, I received extensive clinical training at St. Georges Hospital University Medical Center (SGHUMC) in Beirut, gaining hands-on experience in adult mental health care and developing skills in assessment, diagnosis, intervention, and therapeutic engagement. I hold an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University in NYC, where I trained in evidence-based approaches to understanding and treating a wide range of psychological difficulties. I completed my B.A. in Psychology at the American University of Beirut, building a strong foundation in psychological theory and research. Across my education and training, I have focused on cognitive-behavioral interventions, emotional regulation, and behavior change strategies, integrating research, clinical knowledge, and empathy in my practice. I approach therapy collaboratively, tailoring interventions to each client’s unique experiences and goals, and creating a supportive space where we can work together as equals, aiming for growth, insight, and lasting positive change.
