I bring an eclectic view to my counseling practice but my core values are deeply rooted in being person-centered and strength-based. The formula is simple; Identification, Exploration, Discovery, and Recovery.

With a Master of Science degree, Summa Cum Laude in Clinical Community Counseling from the Johns Hopkins University, USA, I have been working in the field of counseling and clinical psychology for over 17 years. In addition, I have worked in school settings, outpatient clinics and even as a licensed Montessori teacher. My emphasis and passion have been supporting children and families, however, I have also worked extensively with individuals and groups. I provide counseling services in Chiang Mai, Japan and overseas per online services’ flexibility.

As a Brief Humanistic therapist and Experiential therapist, I work in the here-and-now to help resolve past experiences. I believe that many problems in our lives can inhibit our ability to make authentic, meaningful, and self-directed choices about how to live. Consequently, the interventions I tend to work with are aimed at firstly, increasing client self-awareness and self-understanding, and, secondly, creating a lasting change through Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) where we shift the way we think to create a change in our behavior and integrate the changes into our lives. My modalities in working with children and teens are to meet them where they’re at, providing a listening space and establish a trusting therapeutic relation in which will allow for authentic and long-lasting growth.
