Greetings! I'm Allan, a Registered EuroPsy Psychologist with over 15 years of experience. I hold a degree in Clinical Psychology from the State University of Rio de Janeiro and an Integrated Master's Degree recognition from Minho University in Portugal. My career has taken me across the globe, from Mental Health Centers in Rio de Janeiro to roles in England, Ireland, New Zealand, the United States, and now Germany.

*Individual Sessions In our 50-minute sessions, we go beyond simple conversation to create tangible shifts in your life. My approach is integrative and active, grounded in Mindfulness and evidence-based practices to help you move from feeling "stuck" to feeling capable. ​ Rather than just analyzing the past, we work collaboratively to identify the root causes of your stress or anxiety while focusing on practical steps for the present. We will look at how your thoughts, emotions, and nervous system interact, giving you the strategies needed to break old cycles, regulate your emotions, and restore a sense of agency and balance. *Couples & Family Sessions In these 80-minute session we view the relationship itself as the client, whether between partners, adult siblings, or parents and children. Relationships often get stuck in painful loops or outdated roles that prevent true connection. My goal is to help you break those cycles and establish a healthier, more resilient bond. Drawing on frameworks like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment-Based approaches, and Nonviolent Communication (NVC), we move beyond surface-level arguments to address the deeper patterns driving the conflict. We work collaboratively to interrupt defensiveness, navigate difficult conversations with safety, and shift from reactive dynamics to a respectful connection where both people feel heard and valued.
