About Me

I am a UK-based integrative psychotherapist and counsellor offering online therapy worldwide and in-person sessions in Nottingham. With over 10 years’ experience, I offer support and a safe space to explore your concerns.

Approach

I work integratively, drawing on evidence-based approaches such as CBT alongside integrative psychotherapy, so sessions can be both structured and reflective, depending on what’s most helpful. Having worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including expatriates and globally mobile professionals, I understand the complexities of identity, belonging, and cultural adjustments. Typical themes I help with include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and work or relationship stress. The first session is offered at half the usual fee to help you get a sense of how we might work together and decide if this approach feels like a good fit. Practical and thoughtful support, with evening appointments and replies within 24 hours
