Verified

I am a psychologist and psychotherapist committed to providing thoughtful, evidence-based, and compassionate care. My work is grounded in creating a supportive therapeutic relationship where clients can explore challenges, gain insight, and move toward meaningful change.

About Me

I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families, offering compassionate and professional support. With extensive clinical experience, I help clients navigate a wide range of emotional, social, and behavioural challenges. Together, we explore the roots of your difficulties and identify meaningful steps toward positive change. My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practices, always tailored to your unique needs. When appropriate, I incorporate EMDR to help process difficult experiences and strengthen resilience. My focus is to help you gain clarity, develop healthy coping strategies, and feel more empowered in your daily life.

Approach

Therapy moves at your pace, blending practical strategies with gentle exploration to help you make sense of your experiences and develop new ways of coping. In-person sessions are held in Burmarrad, and online sessions are available on Zoom. Together, we review assessment insights, set small and achievable goals, and use focused processing when difficult memories or cravings surface. When clinically appropriate, I integrate EMDR protocols to help the brain process distressing experiences more effectively and support emotional regulation.
