If you're experiencing anxiety, panic, trauma or struggling in any way there's a good chance I can help you. Phone for a free 30 minute chat.

About Me

If anxiety, panic, or trauma feel overwhelming, I can help. As an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor, I offer a safe, confidential space to explore your experiences. I'm also trained to use EMDR therapy - which is a very powerful process - to help you resolve difficult and painful memories. I have three decades of experience including many different ways of working and therefore many ways to offer you help. I'm very happy to offer you a free 30 minute introduction to meet me online to find out if we can work together. Please note, I only work online.

Approach

When some moments feel overwhelming, I help you track what happens in your body and thoughts so change feels tangible and within reach. In session we move at a steady, collaborative pace — stabilising, gently revisiting difficult memories, and practising new ways to respond; between sessions I offer simple, practical steps to build safety and resilience. You’ll know what to expect each week, and this straightforward, paced way of working tends to suit people who want clarity, relief and steady progress.
