About Me

I'm a licensed clinical counsellor with over ten years of experience helping adults and older teens manage anxiety, anger, and life's challenges. I hold a Master's in Counselling and Psychotherapy with additional training in mindfulness-based approaches. I offer sessions in-person or online.

Approach

I work with adults and older teens experiencing anxiety, depression, anger issues, and relationship issues. I also work with men navigating isolation, relationship breakdowns, fatherhood challenges, and the difficulty of building genuine connection. During sessions, we'll examine how past experiences influence current patterns, clarify what gives your life meaning and purpose, and develop practical strategies for managing future challenges. Therapy offers a safe, confidential space to understand the patterns affecting your well-being and make meaningful change. I see clients at my Westmount office and online.
