Özellikle erken dönem yaşantıların, bağlanma örüntülerinin ve ilişki döngülerinin bugünkü duygusal zorluklara etkisine odaklanıyorum. Travma, tekrar eden ilişki sorunları ve yoğun duygusal yüklerle çalışıyorum. Süreci yalnızca destekleyici değil, aynı zamanda derinleştirici ve dönüştürücü bir alan olarak ele alıyorum. I am a psychological counsellor with over 10 years of experience working with adults and couples. I use evidence-based approaches informed by Schema Therapy and EMDR. I focus on how early experiences, attachment patterns, and relational cycles shape present emotional difficulties. I work with trauma, recurring relationship problems, and emotional overwhelm. I view therapy as not only supportive but also a deepening and transformative process.

In order to qualify my area of expertise during my Clinical Psychology education, I received both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Psychodynamically Oriented Therapy training. For the last two years, I have been conducting a psychoanalytically oriented psychotherapy process in the fields of individuals psychotherapy.
