I listen for the subtle shifts in how you experience others and yourself, reflecting patterns back so new choices become visible. In my Cape Town practice or online, in English or Afrikaans, sessions move at a steady, curious pace — close attention layered with small, practical experiments between meetings. We track mood shifts, relational responses and moments of reactivity through brief exercises, tracking and focused reflection to anchor different habits. This approach tends to help adolescents and adults navigating transitions, repeated conflicts or fluctuating moods.
